On iPhone and iPad, saved spots do not carry over between Safari and the installed app. iOS keeps their storage separate, so spots saved in Safari will not appear after you add Bay Waves to your home screen, and spots saved in the app will not appear in Safari. Save them from whichever one you actually use.
