Where the money goes
A server to host the site and data. The forecast itself is built on a machine at my house, so what the money covers is the box that serves it and the name you type in.
The site currently holds about 2.4 GB of forecast data and rebuilds it every hour, and expanding the coverage north and south means more ram, cpu etc. I don't make a ton off the shirts but I thought it would be a fun way to encourge folks to support the site.

Shirt money goes against that bill. Nothing here is a subscription and no feature is behind a paywall: every forecast on this site is free whether you buy anything or not.

- Tell someone. Costs nothing and is genuinely the most useful one.
- Report what looks wrong. A forecast that disagrees with what you actually found on the water is the most valuable thing anyone sends me. Use the contact form on the main page.
